Shipping is free on all Lavi Dou Gallery prints. Each print is made to order, carefully packed, and shipped after production.

Delivery times vary by location, but typical estimates are:

• USA and Canada: 4–6 business days
• Europe and UK: 3–5 business days
• Australia: 4–14 business days
• Japan: 6–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns include free return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your print must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help make it right.
