Lavi Dou Gallery sells curated artwork, including art prints, photography prints, and related wall art products. Some prints may be available framed or unframed, depending on the product options shown at checkout.
We do our best to represent each artwork and product accurately. However, colors, contrast, texture, and overall appearance may look slightly different on your screen than they do in person. This can happen because screens, brightness settings, and device displays vary.
Print sizes, paper types, framing options, and product details will be shown on each product page where applicable. Please review these details carefully before placing your order.
We may update product descriptions, images, prices, or availability from time to time. We may also discontinue artwork, print sizes, frame options, or other product options at any time.
Because many of our prints are made to order, please make sure you choose the correct artwork, size, frame option, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Section 3 - Orders
When you place an order with Lavi Dou Gallery, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory or production limitations, incorrect pricing, or issues with shipping availability.
Your order is accepted once we confirm it and begin processing it. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted or sent into production, we may not be able to cancel or change it, especially for made-to-order prints.
If we need to cancel, decline, or change an order, we will try to contact you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale, unless we have given written permission.

Most Lavi Dou Gallery prints are produced and shipped through trusted print and fulfillment partners. Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you look into it.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional production or shipping costs may apply.
Shipping questions are handled according to our Shipping Policy.

All content on the Lavi Dou Gallery website, including artwork images, photographs, text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, videos, designs, layout, and branding, belongs to Lavi Dou Gallery, our artists, our licensors, or our service providers.
Buying a print does not give you ownership of the copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork. Your purchase gives you the right to enjoy the physical print for personal use.
